Whitehall Plantation is a subdivision right off Woodruff road just past the Five Forks area of Greenville County.  Real estate in this area has increased substantially in the past few years.  Whitehall Plantation is a Ryan Homes community and the homes range from the low $200′s to around the high $300′s.  The Avalon and Dorchester models really stand out in this subdivision.  Big kitchens with a huge gourmet island that overlooks a morning room and living room.  Just beautiful.  The master bedroom will really knock your socks off too.

A nice aspect of Whitehall is that they have a big common area that will never be built on and will be left naturally wooded.  Within this area they have put in a community pool.

Forrester Heights is another subdivision built by McCar. Beautiful homes in the mid 200′s centrally located near Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC. Most of the homes in Forrester Heights sit on lot sizes of about a quarter of an acre or less. They are typical McCar homes which are very nice. Many of the homes are over 2600 square feet with some over 4000 square feet. These are big homes and there are still new homes to choose from. You will find granite counter tops, tile backsplash, and a large island in most kitchens. People are usually drawn to the kitchens in McCar homes.

The location is wonderful for people who want to be close to the shopping centers on Woodruff Road. Forrester Heights has a pool in the subdivision for those hot summer days. It also has some sidewalks, lights, tennis courts, and a playground.

Creekwood Homes in Simpsonville SC

Creekwood subdivision is located in Simpsonville, within Greenville County. Creekwood is a dynamic community with outstanding amenities. The subdivision has a cabana and pool. The pool has a lazy river and wading pool with a mushroom fountain. These are amenities that you might find in a Myrtle beach resort. There is also a tot lot for the little ones and half of a sport court. Walking trails can also be found in Creekwood.

Chartwell Estates is a fairly new subdivision in Greer SC.  There is quite a selection of new to around 6 year old homes in Chartwell Estates.  The prices range from around $130,000 to $180,000.  Chartwell Estates has townhomes, single story homes and two story homes.  The prices are quite affordable for the area that the subdivision is in.  Very good schools (Riverside School District) and not very far to I85 and Pelham road.  Just minutes to the GSP airport.

Chartwell Estates has a pool and clubhouse.  It also has a childrens daycare within the subdivision.

Southbrook Homes in Fountain Inn SC

Southbrook is another fine community in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.  Southbrook homes are built by Ryan Homes.  Ryan Homes are one of the nicest large corporate builders in the Greenville area.  They are one of the few large corporate builders in Greenville that build upscale homes.  Most upscale builders in Greenville are built by smaller companies.

One of the great aspects of Southbrook that sets this subdivision apart are the lot sizes.  The lot sizes in Southbrook are a half acre or more.  No postage size lots.  The homes are magnificent as well.  The Avalon model will knock your socks off!  It has a big kitchen with a granite gourmet counter top that seems to go on forever and leads to a huge morning room that just opens the whole house up.

Southbrook has a pool and is located on Jenkins Road just off of Fairview road south of Simpsonville.
