Sugar Creek Homes in Greer South Carolina

The Sugar Creek subdivision is located in Greer, SC on the East Side of Greenville County. This is a very nice area of Greenville County close to Pelham road and I85. Sugar Creek is a pretty large subdivision with more then one pool. Three pools actually. Tennis courts, club house, and playgrounds.

Real Estate prices in Sugar Creek usually range from around $200,000 to a little over $400,000. Some of the homes in Sugar Creek were built in the 70’s, but many were built in the 80’s. Most of the lots are about a half acre. Since most of the homes were built in the 80’s or earlier, the community is well established and so are the trees. There are a couple of small ponds in the community as well. The mature trees and large lots really makes this subdivision beautiful.
