Thornblade is a golf community in Greer, South Carolina. Homes in Thornblade range from around $400,000 to well over $2,000,000. Thornblade is one of the most upscale subdivisions in Greenville County. Many of the homes were built in the 80′s and 90′s, but there are still new homes being built. Since many of the homes were built over 20 years ago the subdivision is well established and so are the trees and landscaping of the community. The golf course is beautiful. You will find many of the more serious players playing golf all year in every season.
Thornblade is conveniently located in the Pelham road area near the intersection of Pelham road and I85. This area of Pelham road is really growing with a new walmart and several different shops and restaurants located a few minutes away from the subdivision. Downtown Greenville is only about 15 minutes away from this area of Greenville County.
Thornblade has many amenities which include golf, a clubhouse, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and walking trails.
