Brookfield homes in Greenville SC
Brookfield is a subdivision that is located off of Pelham road. Brookfield is an established neighborhood of a little over 200 homes. Most of the homes were built in the early 80′s and have almost half acre lots. Most of them are not quite a half acre, but usually over a third of an acre which is a lot bigger then a postage stamp lot. Many of the new home communities barely offer a quarter of an acre and are much further away from downtown Greenville. This area of Pelham road is only about 10 minutes away from downtown and about 5 minutes away from Haywood Mall.
Brookfield is also walking distance to the library on Pelham road and a small shopping area that has a fitness center and a restaurant. This is one of the unique subdivisions that offer an ability to pay and join the pool or not. The subdivision also has tennis courts as well.
Like many of the subdivisions in the Pelham road area, Brookfield is well taken care of and a beautiful subdivision.
