Riverwood Farms is a gated subdivision in Greer, SC located on the corner of Dillard Road and Gibb Shoals Road. This area of Greer in Greenville County has been developing quite a bit in the past few years. The Thornblade shopping area is only about 5 minutes away from the Riverwood Farms Community. Pelham Road and I85 are only about 5 minutes away.

Riverwood Farms has a wide range of home sizes and prices. There are three types of dwellings in Riverwood Farms. There are townhomes called the Townes, there are the Cottages, and there are the Estates. Riverwood Farms is one of the few subdivisions in Greenville County that is gated and one of the few subdivisions with such a wide range of homes.

River Oaks homes for sale in Greer SC

River Oaks subdivision is located on the corner of Batesville road and Old Spartanburg rd./Hammett Bridge rd. in Greer South Carolina.  This community is close to the Thornblade area off of the Parkway and also the Wade Hampton River Oaks is a beautiful subdivision with established trees.  This is a wonderful area of Greer were there is a lot of growth and development.  Amenities are close by, but there are still open fields of land in the area that makes you feel as if you are in the country.  There are still a few homes being built in River Oaks, but most homes are already built.  Many of the homes were built in the late 90’s.  

If you are looking for a younger fully bricked home in the Riverside school district, River Oaks would be a good choice.  Lot sizes are about a quarter of an acre to a third of an acre, with a few lots that will go up to an acre. 

River Oaks has a swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.  The homes range from about $250,000 to about $450,000 with a few that are a little more expensive.  The schools associated with River Oaks are Buena Vista Elementary, Riverside Middle and Riverside High School.

Brushy Meadows Homes for sale in Greer SC

Brushy Meadows is a subdivision located in Greer, South Carolina off of Brushy Creek road. This area of Greer has been developing quite a bit in the past few years. Wade Hampton road is just five minutes away from this location and has most of the chain stores in the area. Brushy Meadows is only around twenty minutes to downtown and it is south of Wade Hampton so I85 is convenient as well.

Many of the homes were built in the late 1990’s and some were built a little later. Brushy Meadows is not an older subdivision at all, but just old enough to give it an established feel with a few mature trees. The lot sizes in Brushy Meadows are about a quarter of an acre to a half an acre. Most of the lots are between a quarter of an acre to a third of an acre.

Brushy Meadows has a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and tennis courts. The price range of homes in Brushy Meadows is about $220,000 to about $320,000. The schools associated with Brushy Meadows are Riverside High, Riverside Middle, and Woodland Elementary schools.

Pebble Creek Homes for sale in Taylors

Pebble Creek is a large community about 10 minutes north east of Downtown Greenville in Taylors South Carolina. There is a large variety of homes in Pebble Creek so you definitely do not get that cookie cutter feel in this area. Residents can join the Pebble Creek country club and enjoy amenites like two golf courses, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. There are quite a few communites in Pebble Creek that have homes with golf course lots around Pebble Creek golf course. It is a beautiful area so close to Downtown Greenville.

Price ranges of homes vary in Pebble Creek and can go from about $150,000 to $400,000. The schools associated with the Pebble Creek area are Paris Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High school.

Half Mile Lake homes for sale

Half Mile Lake is a beautiful subdivision just north of Downtown Greenville.  Downtown Main street is only about 5 minutes away from this community.  The topography of the land really makes Half Mile Lake stand out.   Of course, the lake is beautiful too.  The lots range from about a quarter of an acre a third of an acre.  There are a few half acre lots.  Many look almost like half acre lots because the of the lay of the land.  There are quite a few slopes so it does not seem like the homes are too close together.   Many of the homes were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s so the trees are established, which is another plus to the neighborhood.

The Cherrydale area is close by for shopping.  The price range in this subdivision is about $150,000 to about $220,000.  Lakefront properties can definitely be a bit higher.  Half Mile Lake has a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, lake access, and a playground.  The schools associated with this subdivision are Paris Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High School.

Carsons Pond homes for sale in Simpsonville

Carsons Pond is a subdivision in Simpsonville that was built by Ryan Homes.  The community is located off of Bennetts Bridge road near the Five Forks area of Simpsonville in Greenville County.  What really makes this subdivision stand out is the location so close to the Woodruff road area and the large half acre lots.  Ryan Homes build very attractive homes and to have them built in such a way that they allow space between each of the homes is very impressive.  One of the popular models that you will find in this neighborhood is the Avalon. 

There is, of course, a beautiful pond with common areas around the pond that residents can enjoy.  Many of the homes were built between 2002 and 2004 so there are a few mature trees and the builder also left quite a few during construction.  The price range of homes in Carson Pond is around $250,000 to close to $400,000 with an average home price of around $300,000.  The schools associated with Carson Pond are Bells Crossing Elementary, Riverside Middle, and Mauldin High School.

Silverleaf homes for sale in Greer

Silverleaf is an established subdivision in Greer South Carolina.  This community is in a great Eastside location only walking distance from Hudson Corners, which is a small shopping center off of Hudson road in Taylors.  Many of the homes in Silverleaf were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s.  There are close to 350 homes in Silverleaf  and the lots are mostly a third of an acre to a half acre.  There are some lots that are as big as an acre.  The amount of space between homes and the mature trees in Silverleaf really make it a beautiful and sought after subdivision.

Silverleaf homeowners enjoy a community pool, an athletic field, clubhouse, tennis courts and a playground.  The price range of homes in Silverleaf are from around the low 200’s to the low 300’s.  The schools associated with Silverleaf are Brushy Creek elementary, Northwood Middle and Riverside High school.

Blue Ridge Plantation Homes for Sale

Blue Ridge Plantation is a fairly big subdivision located in the northern portion of Taylors in Greenville County.  Lake Robinson is just walking distance away from this new community.  Lake Robinson is a beautiful lake in the northern area of Taylors and Greer.  The Blue Ridge Mountains are located about 15 minutes north of this area and are an awesome site from Lake Robinson.  This area of Greenville county is only about 25 minutes north east of Downtown Greenville.    

Blue Ridge Plantation is fairly new.  The oldest homes were built in 2005 and there are still many vacant lots to be built.  Most of the lots are about a quarter of an acre to about a third of an acre.  The subdivision has a pool, a club house, a playground, and a walking path. 

Homes in Blue Ridge Plantation are priced from around $170,000 to about $350,000 with an average list price of about $230,000.  The schools associated with this subdivision are Mountain View Elementary, Blue Ridge Middle, and Blue Ridge High School.

Stonehaven Homes for sale in Simpsonville SC

Stonehaven is an upscale subdivision in Simpsonville South Carolina.  Stonehaven is located near the Five Forks area off of Woodruff road and Five Forks road.  There are many amenities close by including the Five Forks shopping area and all of the shopping on Woodruff road.  Most of the homes in Stonehaven have a full brick exterior and most lot sizes are about a third of an acre to a half acre.  The  age of the homes range from new to about 20 years old.  Since the subdivision started to develop in the late 80’s and early 90’s there are nice mature trees in most of the subdivision. 

Stonehaven was built in two phases and each section has a pool, clubhouse, playground and tennis courts.  The price range for homes in Stonehaven are between about $330,000 to about $500.000. 

The elementary schools associated with Stonehaven are Bethel or Oakview depending on where you live within the subdivision.  The Middle school and High schools are Mauldin Middle and Mauldin High.

Five Forks Plantation Homes for sale in Simpsonville

Five Forks Plantation is an upscale subdivision in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville.  Five Forks is an area off of Woodruff road where there is quite a bit of shopping, a sports club, and more.  The Five Forks area has grown quite a bit in recent years and development continues to grow. 

Five Forks Plantation has several home builders.  Most upscale developments in Greenville County have several custom home builders rather then one large corporate builder. 

The price range in Five Forks Plantation is from about $400,000 to close to a million dollars.  The lot sizes are about a quarter of an acre to about a third.  A few lots are a little larger, but most are around a quarter of an acre.  The subdivision is still fairly new so there will be quite a few homes to be built in the next few years. 

Five Forks Plantation has a swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, and an athletic field.  The schools that are associated with Five Forks Plantation are Oakview Elementary, Beck Middle, and JL Mann High School.
