Charleston National is a large golf community located in Mount Pleasant South Carolina.  The homes in the subdivision surround the Charleston National Country Club golf course. 

Charleston National is a beautiful golf course community with tidal creeks and lagoons. There is also a driving range and a golf school in the back of the neighborhood.  Some of the amenities include golf, a swimming pool, club house, playground, tennis courts, and walking trails.   

Charleston National Country Club is only minutes from Oakland Plantation shopping and a few more from the Towne Center.  The new Roper Hospital is less then a mile away. 

The schools associated with the Charleston National community are Charles Pinckney Elementary, Wando High, and Cario Middle schools. 

Most of the homes in Charleston National were built in the 1990′s.  The Retreat was built around 2006.  The Retreat is a subsection of Charleston National and is made up of attached single family townhomes.
