The Carolina Homes Realty Easy Exit Listing Agreement

It's for you, the Seller, that we created the Easy Exit Listing Agreement.  In the Greenville, South Carolina marketplace a minimum listing period of six months is viewed as the industry standard, but one year agreements are not uncommon.

"If, after ninety (90) days, you (Seller's Name) are not satisfied for any reason that we, Carolina Homes Realty, have done everything we said we would do to sell your home for the most amount of money in the least amount of time, you (Seller's Name) may terminate, on payment of a one-time fee of $425 to Carolina Homes Realty, the listing agreement, with the understanding that any signage, lockbox, advertising and MLS/Internet exposure will be withdrawn immediately."
