You enter into an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with Mike Skillin within six months from the date you originally purchased your home.

You agree to have your home part of the Greater Greenville Multiple Listing Service inventory and agree to pay 3% of the sales price to the selling agent at closing.  Mike Skillin's services for listing and marketing the home will be Absolutely FREE.

You agree to list the home at a price that is no greater than 3% above a Certified Appraisal value and that you will pay for such appraisal, if necessary.

You agree to make all recommended repairs and otherwise follow the instructions of Mike Skillin in order to make your home market ready.

You agree to the use of a Multiple Listing Service electronic high security keypad activated lockbox to facilitate ease of showings by all Greater Greenville cooperating Realtors®.

If you purchase another home within one year of selling the current one, then you agree to have Mike Skillin represent you exclusively to obtain the new home.  Further, you agree to sign a new Preferred Buyer Agreement with Mike Skillin at the same time you sign the Exclusive Listing Agreement to sell the current home.

This agreement must be signed by all parties to the transaction within thirty (30) days after the original home closing.
