River Oaks subdivision is located on the corner of Batesville road and Old Spartanburg rd./Hammett Bridge rd. in Greer South Carolina. This community is close to the Thornblade area off of the Parkway and also the Wade Hampton River Oaks is a beautiful subdivision with established trees. This is a wonderful area of Greer were there is a lot of growth and development. Amenities are close by, but there are still open fields of land in the area that makes you feel as if you are in the country. There are still a few homes being built in River Oaks, but most homes are already built. Many of the homes were built in the late 90’s.
If you are looking for a younger fully bricked home in the Riverside school district, River Oaks would be a good choice. Lot sizes are about a quarter of an acre to a third of an acre, with a few lots that will go up to an acre.
River Oaks has a swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. The homes range from about $250,000 to about $450,000 with a few that are a little more expensive. The schools associated with River Oaks are Buena Vista Elementary, Riverside Middle and Riverside High School.

Pebble Creek is a large community about 10 minutes north east of Downtown Greenville in Taylors South Carolina. There is a large variety of homes in Pebble Creek so you definitely do not get that cookie cutter feel in this area. Residents can join the Pebble Creek country club and enjoy amenites like two golf courses, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. There are quite a few communites in Pebble Creek that have homes with golf course lots around Pebble Creek golf course. It is a beautiful area so close to Downtown Greenville.
Price ranges of homes vary in Pebble Creek and can go from about $150,000 to $400,000. The schools associated with the Pebble Creek area are Paris Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High school.

Half Mile Lake homes for sale

Half Mile Lake is a beautiful subdivision just north of Downtown Greenville. Downtown Main street is only about 5 minutes away from this community. The topography of the land really makes Half Mile Lake stand out. Of course, the lake is beautiful too. The lots range from about a quarter of an acre a third of an acre. There are a few half acre lots. Many look almost like half acre lots because the of the lay of the land. There are quite a few slopes so it does not seem like the homes are too close together. Many of the homes were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s so the trees are established, which is another plus to the neighborhood.
The Cherrydale area is close by for shopping. The price range in this subdivision is about $150,000 to about $220,000. Lakefront properties can definitely be a bit higher. Half Mile Lake has a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, lake access, and a playground. The schools associated with this subdivision are Paris Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High School.

Silverleaf homes for sale in Greer

Silverleaf is an established subdivision in Greer South Carolina. This community is in a great Eastside location only walking distance from Hudson Corners, which is a small shopping center off of Hudson road in Taylors. Many of the homes in Silverleaf were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s. There are close to 350 homes in Silverleaf and the lots are mostly a third of an acre to a half acre. There are some lots that are as big as an acre. The amount of space between homes and the mature trees in Silverleaf really make it a beautiful and sought after subdivision.
Silverleaf homeowners enjoy a community pool, an athletic field, clubhouse, tennis courts and a playground. The price range of homes in Silverleaf are from around the low 200’s to the low 300’s. The schools associated with Silverleaf are Brushy Creek elementary, Northwood Middle and Riverside High school.

Stonehaven Homes for sale in Simpsonville SC

Stonehaven is an upscale subdivision in Simpsonville South Carolina. Stonehaven is located near the Five Forks area off of Woodruff road and Five Forks road. There are many amenities close by including the Five Forks shopping area and all of the shopping on Woodruff road. Most of the homes in Stonehaven have a full brick exterior and most lot sizes are about a third of an acre to a half acre. The age of the homes range from new to about 20 years old. Since the subdivision started to develop in the late 80’s and early 90’s there are nice mature trees in most of the subdivision.
Stonehaven was built in two phases and each section has a pool, clubhouse, playground and tennis courts. The price range for homes in Stonehaven are between about $330,000 to about $500.000.
The elementary schools associated with Stonehaven are Bethel or Oakview depending on where you live within the subdivision. The Middle school and High schools are Mauldin Middle and Mauldin High.

Foxcroft Homes for sale in Greenville SC

Foxcroft is a subdivision located on the eastside of Greenville county off of Denvenger road. The amenities along Pelham road are only 5 minutes away from Foxcroft. Haywood mall is less then 10 minutes away and downtown Greenville is only 15 minutes away from Foxcroft subdivision.
The price range of the homes for sale in Foxcroft is from about $200,000 to $400,000.
Most of the homes in Foxcroft were built in the early 70’s so the trees and landscaping are mature and well established. Most of the lots are about a half acre to allow space and privacy to the individual residents. The large lot sizes along with mature trees and landscaping really make Foxcroft a beautiful subdivision. The real estate in this general area is highly sought after.
Foxcroft has a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, an athletic field, and a playground. Foxcroft is also in an award winning school district. The elementary school is Pelham Road Elementary, the middle school is Greenville Middle, and the high school is Eastside High.

Brookfield homes in Greenville SC

Brookfield is a subdivision that is located off of Pelham road. Brookfield is an established neighborhood of a little over 200 homes. Most of the homes were built in the early 80’s and have almost half acre lots. Most of them are not quite a half acre, but usually over a third of an acre which is a lot bigger then a postage stamp lot. Many of the new home communities barely offer a quarter of an acre and are much further away from downtown Greenville. This area of Pelham road is only about 10 minutes away from downtown and about 5 minutes away from Haywood Mall.
Brookfield is also walking distance to the library on Pelham road and a small shopping area that has a fitness center and a restaurant. This is one of the unique subdivisions that offer an ability to pay and join the pool or not. The subdivision also has tennis courts as well.
Like many of the subdivisions in the Pelham road area, Brookfield is well taken care of and a beautiful subdivision.

Foxglove homes in Taylors SC

Foxglove is a subdivision within the Pebble Creek area of Greenville County. Pebble Creek is a golf community located in Taylors, SC north east of Downtown Greenville. Foxglove is only about 15 minutes away from downtown Greenville. The homes in Foxglove range from around $175,000 to over $250,00. Most of the homes were built around 1999 or 2000. The builder in that subdivision seemed to do a great job in keeping as many trees as possible while building rather then clearing the whole area. There are many trees there that are well over 10 years old, which really gives Foxglove it’s established feel. That is an attractive characteristic for those home buyers looking for the newer open floor plan in an established neighborhood.
Residents of Foxglove have a choice of whether or not to join the Pebble Creek amenities which include a pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Pebble Creek Golf Course is a public course.

Devenger Place homes in Greer SC

Devenger Place is located in a very desirable area of Greer within Greenville County. It is within an area sometimes called the Pelham Road area because it is so convenient to Pelham Road and I85 corridor. Real Estate in this part of the county has a good rate of appreciation. Most of the homes that are being built in this part of the county are usually upscale. Devenger Place is a more established community and has beautiful treelined streets. Anytime of year is a good time of year to drive through this neighborhood, but particularly in the Spring and Fall.
Devenger Place is a great place to raise a family and has a pool and playground area. It is very quiet during the weekdays and you will see plenty of kids and walkers/joggers in the evenings and weekends.

Canebrake homes for sale in Greer SC

Canebrake
Canebrake is located in Greer. Most of the homes in Canebrake were built in the 80’s so the subdivision is well established. The trees are grown and beautiful, especially in the Fall. There are about 350 homes in Canebrake and they range from about $110,000 to $200,000 with an average of about $150,000. The subdivision is located right across the street from the award winning Buena Vista Elementary school. Needless to say there are a lot of kids in Canebrake. Canebrake has many amenities including a club house and playground that overlook a small pond. There is also a pool in the subdivision. The pool competes in swim races with the kids from some of the neighboring subdivisions.
Canebrake is in a great location not far from the intersection of Pelham road and I85.
