Many of the homes are over 2600 square feet with some over 4000 square feet. These are big homes and there are still new homes to choose from. The location is wonderful for people who want to be close to the shopping centers on Woodruff Road. Forrester Heights has a pool in the subdivision for those hot summer days. It also has some sidewalks, lights, tennis courts, and a playground.

Creekwood subdivision is located in Simpsonville, within Greenville County. Creekwood is a dynamic community with outstanding amenities. The subdivision has a cabana and pool. The pool has a lazy river and wading pool with a mushroom fountain. These are amenities that you might find in a Myrtle beach resort. There is also a tot lot for the little ones and half of a sport court. Walking trails can also be found in Creekwood.

 

The homes are built by McCar and range from about $180,000 to $350,000. You definitely get a lot of home for your money and the floor plans are very nice. Most of the homes have an open floor plan and many have a two story foyer and living room giving a dramatic appearance.
