Carsons Pond homes for sale in Simpsonville

Carsons Pond is a subdivision in Simpsonville that was built by Ryan Homes.  The community is located off of Bennetts Bridge road near the Five Forks area of Simpsonville in Greenville County.  What really makes this subdivision stand out is the location so close to the Woodruff road area and the large half acre lots.  Ryan Homes build very attractive homes and to have them built in such a way that they allow space between each of the homes is very impressive.  One of the popular models that you will find in this neighborhood is the Avalon. 

There is, of course, a beautiful pond with common areas around the pond that residents can enjoy.  Many of the homes were built between 2002 and 2004 so there are a few mature trees and the builder also left quite a few during construction.  The price range of homes in Carson Pond is around $250,000 to close to $400,000 with an average home price of around $300,000.  The schools associated with Carson Pond are Bells Crossing Elementary, Riverside Middle, and Mauldin High School.

Shelburne Farms Homes for sale in Greer SC

Shelburne Farms subdivision is located off of Gibbs Shoals road in Greer South Carolina. The homes in Shelburne Farms were built by Ryan Homes. Most of the homes were built between 2000 and 2005. The trees are starting to fill out so you do not have too much of a bare feel to the community like you see in most new home subdivisions. The price range of the homes in Shelburne Farms range from about $150,000 to about $200,000.

Shelburne Farms is in an excellent school district, which is Riverside. There is a swimming pool, a playground, and clubhouse in this community.

Shopping is close by in the Thornblade shopping area and also the Wade Hampton area. The intersection of Interstate 85 and Pelham road is only about 5 minutes away from Shelburne Farms.

Spring Crossing is located in Greer, SC right next to Riverside High School.  Spring Crossing is another Ryan Homes community in Greenville County.   This area of Greer is developing quite a bit.  Hammett Bridge road near this subdivision has just been widened and sidewalks have been added.

There is a pool in this subdivision and common areas to walk your dog.  There are sidewalks throughout.  The townhouses are 2 stories with the bedrooms upstairs.  Each townhouse has a nice patio along with a storage area in the back.

Hammett Pond homes in Greer, SC

Greer homes for sale in Hammett Pond.  Hammett Pond is a small Ryan Homes subdivision.  It is located off of Hammett Bridge road in Greer South Carolina.  Real Estate in this area of Greenville County is highly sought after.  The schools are excellent and the proximity to Pelham and I85 are a couple of reasons why this area is so nice.

Most of the homes in Hammett Pond are on a third of an acre lot.  Ryan Homes did a good job of leaving full grown trees on some of the lots so it does not seem like the area is treeless like a lot of new subdivisions.  The home prices range from about the mid $300’s to the mid $400’s.  There are a lot of upscale subdivisions in this area like Thornblade, Hammett Glen, and Glen Abbey.

Whitehall Plantation is a subdivision right off Woodruff road just past the Five Forks area of Greenville County.  Real estate in this area has increased substantially in the past few years.  Whitehall Plantation is a Ryan Homes community and the homes range from the low $200’s to around the high $300’s.  The Avalon and Dorchester models really stand out in this subdivision.  Big kitchens with a huge gourmet island that overlooks a morning room and living room.  Just beautiful.  The master bedroom will really knock your socks off too.

A nice aspect of Whitehall is that they have a big common area that will never be built on and will be left naturally wooded.  Within this area they have put in a community pool.

Southbrook Homes in Fountain Inn SC

Southbrook is another fine community in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.  Southbrook homes are built by Ryan Homes.  Ryan Homes are one of the nicest large corporate builders in the Greenville area.  They are one of the few large corporate builders in Greenville that build upscale homes.  Most upscale builders in Greenville are built by smaller companies.

One of the great aspects of Southbrook that sets this subdivision apart are the lot sizes.  The lot sizes in Southbrook are a half acre or more.  No postage size lots.  The homes are magnificent as well.  The Avalon model will knock your socks off!  It has a big kitchen with a granite gourmet counter top that seems to go on forever and leads to a huge morning room that just opens the whole house up.

Southbrook has a pool and is located on Jenkins Road just off of Fairview road south of Simpsonville.
