There is a good variety of homes in River Walk as far as age and appearance.  It is definitely not a cookie cutter subdivision.  Many of the homes were built in the 90’s so it is an established neighborhood with mature trees.

There are quite a few other upscale developments near River Walk including Stonehaven.

River Walk has quite a few amenities including a nice walking trail.  It also has a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and playground.

The schools associated with River Walk are Bethel Elementary, Mauldin Middle, and Mauldin High School.

Stonehaven Homes for sale in Simpsonville SC

Stonehaven is an upscale subdivision in Simpsonville South Carolina.  Stonehaven is located near the Five Forks area off of Woodruff road and Five Forks road.  There are many amenities close by including the Five Forks shopping area and all of the shopping on Woodruff road.  Most of the homes in Stonehaven have a full brick exterior and most lot sizes are about a third of an acre to a half acre.  The  age of the homes range from new to about 20 years old.  Since the subdivision started to develop in the late 80’s and early 90’s there are nice mature trees in most of the subdivision. 

Stonehaven was built in two phases and each section has a pool, clubhouse, playground and tennis courts.  The price range for homes in Stonehaven are between about $330,000 to about $500.000. 

The elementary schools associated with Stonehaven are Bethel or Oakview depending on where you live within the subdivision.  The Middle school and High schools are Mauldin Middle and Mauldin High.

Five Forks Plantation is an upscale subdivision in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville.  Five Forks is an area off of Woodruff road where there is quite a bit of shopping, a sports club, and more.  The Five Forks area has grown quite a bit in recent years and development continues to grow. 

Five Forks Plantation has several home builders.  Most upscale developments in Greenville County have several custom home builders rather then one large corporate builder. 

The price range in Five Forks Plantation is from about $400,000 to close to a million dollars.  The lot sizes are about a quarter of an acre to about a third.  A few lots are a little larger, but most are around a quarter of an acre.  The subdivision is still fairly new so there will be quite a few homes to be built in the next few years. 

Five Forks Plantation has a swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, and an athletic field.  The schools that are associated with Five Forks Plantation are Oakview Elementary, Beck Middle, and JL Mann High School.

Kilgore Plantation is an upscale subdivision in Simpsonville, South Carolina.  Kilgore Plantation is located off of Batesville road near the Five Forks area of Simpsonville.  There are many upscale subdivisions and luxury homes in this area of Greenville County.  This subdivision is close to the Roper Mountain Road area and some may say it is part of the Roper Mountain Road area.

Many of the lots in Kilgore Plantation are at least an acre and some are well over an acre.  The subdivision also has mature trees which really makes this subdivision special.  The age of homes in Kilgore Plantation range from new to a little over 20 years old and the prices range from around $400,000 to over $1,500,000.  There are a few homes that are over 7,000 square feet. 

Kilgore Plantation has a swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.  Kilgore Plantation is in the JL Mann high school district, the Beck middle school district, and Oakview elementary school district.

Whitehall Plantation is a subdivision right off Woodruff road just past the Five Forks area of Greenville County.  Real estate in this area has increased substantially in the past few years.  Whitehall Plantation is a Ryan Homes community and the homes range from the low $200’s to around the high $300’s.  The Avalon and Dorchester models really stand out in this subdivision.  Big kitchens with a huge gourmet island that overlooks a morning room and living room.  Just beautiful.  The master bedroom will really knock your socks off too.

A nice aspect of Whitehall is that they have a big common area that will never be built on and will be left naturally wooded.  Within this area they have put in a community pool.

Creekwood Homes in Simpsonville SC

Creekwood subdivision is located in Simpsonville, within Greenville County. Creekwood is a dynamic community with outstanding amenities. The subdivision has a cabana and pool. The pool has a lazy river and wading pool with a mushroom fountain. These are amenities that you might find in a Myrtle beach resort. There is also a tot lot for the little ones and half of a sport court. Walking trails can also be found in Creekwood.

 

The homes are built by McCar and range from about $180,000 to $350,000. You definitely get a lot of home for your money and the floor plans are very nice. Most of the homes have an open floor plan and many have a two story foyer and living room giving a dramatic appearance.
