Blue Ridge Plantation Homes for Sale

Blue Ridge Plantation is a fairly big subdivision located in the northern portion of Taylors in Greenville County.  Lake Robinson is just walking distance away from this new community.  Lake Robinson is a beautiful lake in the northern area of Taylors and Greer.  The Blue Ridge Mountains are located about 15 minutes north of this area and are an awesome site from Lake Robinson.  This area of Greenville county is only about 25 minutes north east of Downtown Greenville.    

Blue Ridge Plantation is fairly new.  The oldest homes were built in 2005 and there are still many vacant lots to be built.  Most of the lots are about a quarter of an acre to about a third of an acre.  The subdivision has a pool, a club house, a playground, and a walking path. 

Homes in Blue Ridge Plantation are priced from around $170,000 to about $350,000 with an average list price of about $230,000.  The schools associated with this subdivision are Mountain View Elementary, Blue Ridge Middle, and Blue Ridge High School.

Five Forks Plantation Homes for sale in Simpsonville

Five Forks Plantation is an upscale subdivision in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville.  Five Forks is an area off of Woodruff road where there is quite a bit of shopping, a sports club, and more.  The Five Forks area has grown quite a bit in recent years and development continues to grow. 

Five Forks Plantation has several home builders.  Most upscale developments in Greenville County have several custom home builders rather then one large corporate builder. 

The price range in Five Forks Plantation is from about $400,000 to close to a million dollars.  The lot sizes are about a quarter of an acre to about a third.  A few lots are a little larger, but most are around a quarter of an acre.  The subdivision is still fairly new so there will be quite a few homes to be built in the next few years. 

Five Forks Plantation has a swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, and an athletic field.  The schools that are associated with Five Forks Plantation are Oakview Elementary, Beck Middle, and JL Mann High School.

Thornblade Homes in Greer SC

Thornblade is a golf community in Greer, South Carolina.  Homes in Thornblade range from around $400,000 to well over $2,000,000.  Thornblade is one of the most upscale subdivisions in Greenville County.  Many of the homes were built in the 80’s and 90’s, but there are still new homes being built.  Since many of the homes were built over 20 years ago the subdivision is well established and so are the trees and landscaping of the community.  The golf course is beautiful.  You will find many of the more serious players playing golf all year in every season.

Thornblade is conveniently located in the Pelham road area near the intersection of Pelham road and I85.  This area of Pelham road is really growing with a new walmart and several different shops and restaurants located a few minutes away from the subdivision.  Downtown Greenville is only about 15 minutes away from this area of Greenville County.

Thornblade has many amenities which include golf, a clubhouse, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and walking trails.

Creekwood Homes in Simpsonville SC

Creekwood subdivision is located in Simpsonville, within Greenville County. Creekwood is a dynamic community with outstanding amenities. The subdivision has a cabana and pool. The pool has a lazy river and wading pool with a mushroom fountain. These are amenities that you might find in a Myrtle beach resort. There is also a tot lot for the little ones and half of a sport court. Walking trails can also be found in Creekwood.

 

The homes are built by McCar and range from about $180,000 to $350,000. You definitely get a lot of home for your money and the floor plans are very nice. Most of the homes have an open floor plan and many have a two story foyer and living room giving a dramatic appearance.
