Riverwood Farm is a gated subdivision in Greer, SC located on the corner of Dillard Road and Gibb Shoals Road. This area of Greer in Greenville County has been developing quite a bit in the past few years. The Thornblade shopping area is only about 5 minutes away from the Riverwood Farm Community. Pelham Road and I85 are only about 5 minutes away.

Riverwood Farm has a wide range of home sizes and prices. There are three types of dwellings in Riverwood Farm. There are townhomes called the Townes, there are the Cottages, and there are the Estates. Riverwood Farm is one of the few subdivisions in Greenville County that is gated and one of the few subdivisions with such a wide range of homes.

Brushy Meadows is a subdivision located in Greer, South Carolina off of Brushy Creek road. This area of Greer has been developing quite a bit in the past few years. Wade Hampton road is just five minutes away from this location and has most of the chain stores in the area. Brushy Meadows is only around twenty minutes to downtown and it is south of Wade Hampton so I85 is convenient as well.

Many of the homes were built in the late 1990’s and some were built a little later. Brushy Meadows is not an older subdivision at all, but just old enough to give it an established feel with a few mature trees. The lot sizes in Brushy Meadows are about a quarter of an acre to a half an acre. Most of the lots are between a quarter of an acre to a third of an acre.

Brushy Meadows has a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and tennis courts. The price range of homes in Brushy Meadows is about $220,000 to about $320,000. The schools associated with Brushy Meadows are Riverside High, Riverside Middle, and Woodland Elementary schools.

The Reserve at Riverside subdivision is located off of Hammett Bridge road in Greer, SC.  The homes in the Reserve at Riverside subdivision were built by Eastwood Homes.  There are Townhomes and single family homes in this community.  The price range for the single family homes are around $135,000 to about $180,000.  The price range for townhouses in the Reserve at Riverside subdivision range  from about $100,000 to about $130,000. 

The Reserve at Riverside is located in the Riverside High school and Middle School district.  The elementary school district is Woodland Elementary.

Chartwell Estates is a fairly new subdivision in Greer SC.  There is quite a selection of new to around 6 year old homes in Chartwell Estates.  The prices range from around $130,000 to $180,000.  Chartwell Estates has townhomes, single story homes and two story homes.  The prices are quite affordable for the area that the subdivision is in.  Very good schools (Riverside School District) and not very far to I85 and Pelham road.  Just minutes to the GSP airport.

Chartwell Estates has a pool and clubhouse.  It also has a childrens daycare within the subdivision.
